Gettin Into Cash (Kit) is a big, strong, beautiful roan mare by Roll the Cash (unraced stallion by Dash For Cash and out of Miss Jelly Roll). Her dam is Gettin Into Mischief, an own daughter of Streakin Six.

Her sire, Roll the Cash (recently deceased), is sire of 21 crops of racing ages, 308 starters, 191 ROM, 16 stakes winners, 1 champion, 164 winners of 456 races and earnings of $2,374,084. He is currently a leading barrel derby sire by money earned.

Her dam, Gettin Into Mischief (by Streakin Six) is the producer of money earners of $128,000, including Roll Into Mischief, si 105 (full brother to Gettin Into Cash) winner of 6 stakes races and 1996 Racing World Champion Aged Stallion.

Her female family takes her to some of the strongest horses in Thoroughbred racing, including at least three winners of the Kentucky Derby: Jet Pilot, Burgoo King and Bubbling Over.

This big mare's best speed index was an impressive 105. Kit recorded 3 wins, 1 second, 6 thirds, and a ROM in the archives of the AQHA. She is a winner at 400, 440 and 870 yards.

As a broodmare, Gettin Into Cash is dam to 6 foals (2 died before becoming race age) four of race age, three winners, 2 ROM, one stakes finalist. Her three-year old colt, Gettin Into Trouble, just won his very first out at Louisiana's Delta Downs. Her 2-year-old filly, a beautiful filly by Rare News, will race in Texas this year (2007).

Her offspring include Gettin Into Snow, si 97 (by Easy First Down), winner at 3 and 4, $6,730, and Gettin Into Trouble, si 93 (by Darkelly), winner at 2. $5,205. Her foals are big, correct, good-boned and very good minded. They are suitable for the track or for barrels.

Kit HAS AN OUTSTANDING 2005 filly by Rare News that will race in Texas in 2007. She is currently in foal to Rare News for an April 2007 foal. Kit has an exceptional disposition and she is a very easy mare to care for and get along with.

Gettin Into Cash is offered for sale, in foal to First Down Dash son Rare News, for $4,000. Contact Circle D Horses for more information.

SOLD HERE 3-9-2007. "Kit" will soon be going to Ridgeway, Ontario, Canada. Congratulations to her new owners. They will really appreciate this nice mare!
